Refunds

Due to the nature of the items that we sell,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT offer refunds.

Returns and Exchanges

Please be sure to check your cart to make sure your orders are correct before completing your purchase. We will only replace items if we sent you the wrong item or filled your order incorrectly. 

The following information applies to custom wigs and ponytails only: You have a 14 day warranty.  If you notice any errors or flaws in the construction of your unit, you must contact us within the 14-day time frame. This does not apply to mistakes made by clients after purchase. You must provide a picture of the error to customersupport@distinguishedcrowns.com. For the first round of the review process we  will review your image and make a decision. If we determine that we caused the error, we will notify you by email. You will need to ship your custom hair unit or custom ponytail to us.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for construction repairs. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Second round review process begins when we receive your custom item. We will inspect it and send you an email to inform you that we have received your item and make the necessary changes. If we deny the item for construction repairs, we will return the item to you.

Shipping 

Mail your product to PO Box 161, Pamplico SC 29583, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
