FAQs
How do I take care of my wig?
Treat your wig the same way you treat your hair.
1.) Detangle
2.) Shampoo
3.) Condition or deep condition
4.) Detangle
5.) Air Dry.
When detangling, please comb from the ends of the hair to the roots or weft of the hair. To shampoo do not, rub your hands across the hair; it may tangle.
Gently rub the shampoo on the hair in a downward motion until it lathers. If you cannot take these steps, we will be glad to do it for you.
What products should I use?
For shampoo, we recommend Tresseme, Aussie Moist, or Brazilian Keratin therapy. Please do not use creams. It will weigh your extensions down.
Are you a licensed cosmetologist?
No. We are a self-taught brand. We will take all opportunities to educate ourselves about the hair industry and learn proper hair techniques from licensed cosmetologists.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Zip, Shop pay, and Sezzle.
How many bundles will I need for a custom or medical wig?
It really depends on how thick you want your wig to be. However, we recommend three bundles for a standard closure and two bundles for a frontal. The longer the hair, the shorter the weft (track).
What types of caps do you use for custom units?
We use mesh dome caps, ventilated caps, and adjustable caps. However, the cap size will be adjusted based on your measurements.

A consultation is an opportunity to ask questions about wigs and how they can help, we complete your head measurements, and you get to try on wigs to see which ones you like most.
How do you customize wigs?
We create realistic hair lines, cut, color, and bleach knots on wigs. We've partnered with a licensed cosmetologist for more extensive cuts and color.
How long will my wig and hair extensions last?
Our wigs last at least three years with proper care.
What’s temperature setting should use for my flat iron?
We recommend 350 degrees.
What is the difference between a closure and a frontal?
Consider it as a 15-minute makeup look, and a full glam makeup look. You should also think about where you want to wear your wigs most of the time. If want to put your wig on quickly and be out the door for work in the morning, a closure wig is a best for you. If you have extra time to get ready and don’t mind the extra time installing your wigs in the morning, a frontal wig is a great choice for you.
